Elite Mavens Consulting is committed to delivering exceptional marketing automation services that drive real results for your business. This Refund Policy explains our guarantee and the terms under which refunds are issued.

OUR 30-DAY APPOINTMENT GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our services. Here's our promise:

If your new system doesn't book at least one qualified appointment within 30 days of launch, we'll refund your setup fee.

What This Means:

  • The guarantee applies to the initial setup fee only

  • The 30-day period begins on the day your system goes live (not the contract signing date)

  • A "qualified appointment" is defined as a scheduled meeting with a legitimate prospect interested in your services

  • The system must be used as designed and configured according to our recommendations

What's Not Covered:

  • Monthly management fees (these cover ongoing service and are non-refundable)

  • Setup fees after 30 days from launch

  • Situations where the client has not followed implementation guidelines

  • Appointments that were booked but later canceled by the prospect

REFUND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a refund under our guarantee, you must:

  1. Use the System: Actively use the system as configured and recommended

  2. Provide Access: Give us reasonable access to verify performance and troubleshoot if needed

  3. Follow Guidelines: Implement our recommendations for lead generation and follow-up

  4. Timely Request: Submit your refund request within 35 days of system launch (allowing 5 days after the 30-day guarantee period)

  5. Good Faith: Not have violated our Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Recurring Fees

  • Monthly management fees are billed on the 1st of each month

  • These fees cover ongoing maintenance, optimization, support, and platform costs

  • No refunds are issued for partial months of service

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

  • You will continue to have access to services through the end of your paid period

  • No refunds will be issued for the current month's payment

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  1. Setup fees after work has commenced (except under our 30-day guarantee)

  2. Monthly management fees for any billing period

  3. Third-party costs including but not limited to:

    • GoHighLevel platform fees

    • Phone number costs

    • SMS/email messaging credits

    • Domain registration

    • Any other third-party service fees

  4. Custom development work beyond standard service packages

  5. Training or consulting sessions that have been delivered

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund under our guarantee:

Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your account information

  • Invoice number for the setup fee

  • Date your system went live

  • Brief explanation of the issue

  • Any relevant data or screenshots showing system performance

Step 2: We will review your request within 3-5 business days

Step 3: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

Step 4: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit Card/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

  • Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days

  • Other Payment Methods: As specified by the payment processor

Please note that we process refunds immediately upon approval, but your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Before Filing a Chargeback

Chargeback Consequences

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended

  • We reserve the right to terminate your service agreement

  • You may be responsible for chargeback fees and legal costs if the dispute is found to be without merit

  • We may report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities

EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that unique situations may arise. If you believe you have circumstances that warrant consideration outside of this policy:

  3. Include any relevant documentation

We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5 business days. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by Elite Mavens Consulting management.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. However, any changes will not affect refund requests submitted before the modification date.
