All services are provided using the GoHighLevel platform and related technologies.
Setup Fee: Starting at $2,500 (one-time payment)
Monthly Management: Starting at $500/month (recurring)
Exact pricing is determined based on your specific needs and will be confirmed before service begins
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon fees
Setup fees are due upon contract signing
Monthly fees are billed on the 1st of each month
You will receive an invoice for all charges
Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice (typically immediate for setup, monthly recurring for management)
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law
We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances
You may cancel monthly services at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds will be issued for partial months of service
Setup fees are non-refundable after work has commenced
If your system does not book at least one qualified appointment within 30 days of launch, we will refund your setup fee
This guarantee applies only to the initial setup fee

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:
You violate these Terms
You fail to pay fees when due

Use our services only for lawful purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us (business information, logos, copy, etc.). By using our services, you grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the systems and automation we build for your business. However, the underlying templates, processes, and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including:
GoHighLevel (CRM and automation platform)
Stripe (payment processing)
Various communication and marketing tools
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
While we strive to deliver excellent results, we do not guarantee:
Specific increases in leads, sales, or revenue
Uninterrupted or error-free service
That our services will meet all of your specific requirements
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from third-party services or integrations
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Mavens Consulting, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
